The applicant can ask the Application Form from Overseas Students Department or the Short-Term Training Office, International Education College, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine or download the form through our website:http://www.shtcm.com .
•  Undergraduates and trainees apply every April 1 to July 31.
•  Students for Master degree apply every December 1 to the following January 31, and participate the Postgraduates Admission Examination in China every mid April.
•  Students for Doctor Degree apply every December 1 to the following January 31, and participate the Postgraduates Admission Examination in China every late March.
•  Students of Chinese language apply every April 1 to July 31, October 1 to the following January 31.
The short-term training students apply 3 or 2 months before the starting of Introductory or Advanced Acupuncture Training Course; the other kinds of short-term training students apply 2 or 1 month before the starting of the course.

．Time of Semesters
The semester of undergraduate courses, postgraduate courses and training courses begin in the end of August every year.
The semester of Chinese Language Courses begin in the end of August and middle February every year.

．Registration
Students should check in and register at the end of August every year. Registration includes payment of tuition, collection of teaching materials, management of different documents.

．Freshmen Training Week
The last week of August every year is the freshmen-training week, for introduction of the university, educational arrangement, notice to students, visa laws and regulations and management of health certificates.

．Residence Permission Procedure
On about September 10 each year, the police officers of foreign affairs section will handle the official business in our University and process the residence permission for the freshmen.
